Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Abbott Lyon luxury packaging and include the completed returns form inside the parcel.

  Ship Your Items

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 10-14 business days to your original payment method.
